Position Summary: Lead cross functional team in the continuous enhancement and institutionalization of the Company Sales & Operations Planning process.
Essential Functions:
Proactively partner with functional leaders to improve understanding of each area and impact on the Company network.
Continue to develop and implement a repetitive Sales & Operations Planning process for the entire organization fully incorporating all known variables.
Enhance forward looking network scorecard highlighting potential issues (lead-time, capacity, excess inventory, etc) and develop scenarios to mitigate.
Lead efforts to improve Finished Goods Inventory visibility and understanding. Scope includes: monthly forecast, variance reporting and clear understanding of initiatives impact.
Conducts analyses and research in all areas of the business, including sales performance, product mix, sourcing decisions and resulting implications on inventory, lead time and capacity.
Develop forecast accuracy performance measures and process to drive continuous improvement.
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions (internal and external), and other related areas.
Under minimal supervision, carries out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge in the field of specialization and of the organization in order to interpret and apply policies, as well as develop recommendations for change.
Ensure institutionalization of processes across all functions of the Company. Supervises cross-functional team of 3-4 high potential analysts. Requirements: 10 years' prior related professional experience Minimum of a Bachelor's degree First/Mid-Level Officials/Manager
