Position Responsibilities:
Analysis:
Actively involved with analysis projects within the group, either on an assigned basis or self initiated. Principal focus should be on cost containment initiatives.
Position consolidates and analyzes information (financial results, budget to actual analysis, scorecards, etc.) to identify trends, or issues within the group.
Assist in modeling make or buy scenarios for finished goods outsourcing.
Provide financial analysis on various end customer pricing scenarios.
Description:
Reporting / Communication of Results:
Position develops scorecards and reporting to ensure understanding of financial status within the group.
Position communicates financial status as frequently as required / as applicable to the measured area. (daily, weekly, monthly, etc).
Planning / Forecasting:
Position will lead the forecasting and planning cycles for their respective group (Quarterly Budgets, Annual Plan, Strategic Plan).
Financial Control:
Position is responsible for ensuring adequate financial controls are in place and are being followed within all facilities within their group.
Required Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
CMA, CPA, MA, or MBA preferred
Work Experience:
4-8 years of professional experience, title dependent on years and type of experience obtained
