Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Divisional President and the CFO, this role will be critical in driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and execution across all major selling channels.

Role will require exceptional financial analysis, strategic and interpersonal skills as well as a solid grounding in accounting and other related stewardship areas. The role will also preside over the financial ownership of the company’s retail and employer worksite clinics.

The Division CFO will counsel executive management on financial matters, provide financial performance expectations of business unit and recommend allocation of resources required to produce incremental value from business unit. The division CFO will support executive decision making processes for the division in order to improve return on invested capital. Will oversee a team of financial professionals who will support executives of business lines and work in cross functional teams supporting long range planning, business unit plans, budgets and forecasts. These teams will also diagnose weaknesses in financial performance and proactively recommend action to division executives.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at a minimum of 10 years of proven professional track of financial leadership. Exceptional agility in solving problems. Exceptional ability to collaborate both internally as well as with external stakeholders. Candidates must have experience in relevant financial or quantitative analysis of business operations. They must have working knowledge of financial reporting structures, budget processes and measurement methods. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must be able to explain complex matters clearly and succinctly. Good presentation skills and confidence in presenting to executives is mandatory. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in finance, accounting or economics; must be able to demonstrate financial expertise through past work experience. Candidate must have deep knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial statements. Completion of advanced degrees (MBA, etc) or financial certifications a plus. Prior management of teams, prior development of strategic plans, proven negotiation skills in prior positions and past experience in management positions supporting a health and wellness/healthcare function.
