The position will be responsible for overseeing financial management support. Specific emphasis will be on delivering extraordinary results in budget management, strategic sourcing partnership management, savings initiatives, customer service, etc. In addition to overseeing the financial process cycles of close etc. there will be emphasis on the development of innovative strategies, business cases and presentations.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the financial management of over $100M budget
• Responsible for relationship management regarding financial management processes for three key strategic partners
• Oversee the global rebill and settlement process including currency, pay terms, and treasury issues
• Lead a three person team, of which two individuals are overseas
• Mentor Finance team members
• Impact business decisions by partnering strategically and oversee plans and forecasts, becoming an expert in identifying drivers, trends & solutions
• Support make vs. buy, lease and other business case analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through process improvements
• Interact with various levels of management including the CIO, VPs and Directors
• Attend technical training and become efficient in the use of technical systems and analytical tools in order to drive change by influencing key business decisions
Qualifications
• MBA or master's degree in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of work experience including Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Solid understanding of technical standards applicable to financial analyses, and developing knowledge of company policies, systems and procedures
• Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Global experience desirable
• IS or IS Finance experience desirable
• Financial analysis techniques / methodologies (EVA, etc.)
• Outstanding knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise financial systems

Location Michigan	Compensation $115K - $120K + 25% bonus
