Job Opening — SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Preferences:
• 4+ years experience
• Evidence of stretch assignments that reflect superior performance in previous roles
• Ambitious. Wants to join an Operations team as a Senior Financial Analyst and grow quickly with this fast growing company, whether that is to a role as a Controller, in Corporate Finance, into Regional Operations Finance leadership or into an International Assignment
Duties will include:
• Supervise staff of 2 or more
• Managing staff planning and metrics models
• Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts
• Providing analytical support for facility optimization initiatives
• Collecting and analyzing quantitative data
• Designing and maintaining reports based on collected data
• Communicating results to Controller and other department leaders
• Maintaining data integrity

Qualifications/Skills:
• BA/BS degree required, MBA/CPA preferred but not required
• Strong cost accounting skills
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
• Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer focus and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of Distribution Center processes and systems a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is a must; Oracle Financials and Essbase a plus
• Experience in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
