Job Opening — CFOThis is a CFO role with a small company (10-15 million in revenue) located in the NW suburbs of Chicago. The successful candidate will be an individual who has managed in a turn around environment, needs to have excellent analytical and communication skills and experience with cash forecasting and bank relationships is a must. This is not a controller position - the accounting close is part of the job, but strong analytics and communication in support of fast decision making is the norm. Candidate must be a dynamic, well rounded leader with the drive to get the job done. Must be quick to respond, must be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to provide precise answers to leadership team. This is an intense turnaround situation where the margin for error is low.
The successful candidate will help navigate the turnaround and would become eligible for equity participation once this is accomplished. | Location
