Job Opening — FINANCIAL ANALYST / SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
We have on-going requests from our client firms for finance talent at all levels. Individuals with a strong background in corporate finance will continue to be in high demand. Locations vary across the United States.
In general, the Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis projects and communicating results. Responsibilities and projects range from simple to complex and require the use of analytical modeling and business problem solving skills Key responsibilities include representing Finance on product core teams, developing business cases and financial forecasts for new product introductions; partnering with management and team to manage product margins, R&D expense, costs, and cost reduction initiatives; reporting sales metrics and customer trends for assigned products; Advanced duties include coordinating group-level processes and executive presentations. Cross-functional worldwide visibility with the Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Quality teams.
Candidates Must Possess:
" A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
" MBA/CPA or equivalent also preferred
" 2 -7 years experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting or related field (consumer products or manufacturing)
" Potential and desire to progress into senior financial roles
" Outstanding communication and leadership experience
" Strong track record of business results
" Excellent PC skills including MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
" Individual should also have advanced ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy.
" Location flexibility also a plus
