DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Assist in the calculation and maintenance of the federal, international, and state and local quarterly and year-end tax accounting provision process including tax compliance, planning, forecasting and audit management of all domestic and international taxes
2. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual effective tax rate analysis.
3. Assist in the execution, maintenance and evolving design of all tax accounting internal control processes.
4. Assist in the year-end preparation of the tax footnote and related financial statement disclosures.
5. Assist with tax accounting related projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
2. 1-5 years experience in tax, accounting or finance area with a Big 4 firm or related experience is required.
3. Demonstrated leadership ability is required
4. US GAAP accounting knowledge
5. Proficient with SAP (or equivalent) Accounting & Reporting Systems
6. Proficient with budgeting & planning systems
7. Knowledge of accounting procedures & policies
8. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
