Job Opening — SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We have on-going requests from our client firms for Corporate Accountants. Individuals with this background continue to be in high demand. Locations vary across the United States.

Responsibilities:
" Assume leadership role by providing guidance and review to team members, as well as beyond the department to other functions
" Global accounting consultation and research, acquisition and divestiture consultation, and internal control / SOX 404 policy and process development.
" Continue to develop the application of U.S. GAAP accounting policies on a global basis
" Analyze capital budget, forecast, and spend statements and prepare financial analyses
" Evaluate accounting information for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness
" Enhance existing accounting processes and systems

Qualifications
" 1 to 5 years of accounting experience with a Big Four firm (or equivalent) or large multi-national company
" CPA preferred
" Strong written and oral communication skills
" Understanding of GAAP
" Knowledge of account reconciliation preparation, accounting and analysis
" Competent on PC applications, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
